Concentric 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Our goal is to exceed your expectations in every way. We believe that you will be very satisfied with your Concentric hosting service but in the event you are not satisfied, you can cancel for any reason within the first ninety (90) days. We will refund the fees you paid during the ninety (90) days.
This offer applies to new customers only. The definition of a new customer is someone who has not subscribed to Concentric services within the past twelve months.
Cancellation Process
- Complete the Concentric Satisfaction Guarantee Claim Form
- Send your form to the address listed at the bottom of the form no later than ninety (90) days from the date your service started with Concentric and was charged to your credit card.
- Once your form is received, we will process a refund directly to the credit card that was used for the original transaction.
Exclusions and Conditions
- To take advantage of the Concentric 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, you must be current on all account payments.
- This guarantee applies to basic web hosting and dial-up access service fees only. It does not include the following fees:
- Domain names registered during the 90 days or the registration fees associated with this. You will be able to transfer any domain names registered through Concentric for no additional fees.
- Set up Fees
- Fees associated with ‘add-on’ services, including, but not limited to disk space, additional email boxes, Exchange mail boxes, PEP Junk and Virus Filtering, marketing services and premium junk mail filters.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary to switch your hosting and/or dial up services. Concentric is not responsible for ordering any service change nor for any outage or inconvenience you may experience related to switching your services to another provider. You will also be responsible for paying all the charges to a new provider that may be associated with switching your services.
